I am a stage manager who loves creating supportive, organized, and creative spaces for storytelling. For me, stage management is about more than schedules and cues. It’s about building a calm, collaborative, and safe environment where everyone can do their best work and thrive.

I see theater as a way to share important stories and invite audiences to explore different perspectives. The best productions give people space to reflect, challenge their beliefs, and connect through shared experiences. My role is to make sure the artists telling these stories feel supported, safe, and empowered so the work and messages onstage can truly shine.

The most rewarding part of my work is seeing a team’s artistry come together to create something bigger than ourselves. I think of every production as a collective story and work to help it unfold by keeping communication open, lifting others up, and giving the artistic vision room to shine. I stage manage because I believe theater has the power to connect people, and I’m grateful to be part of that process.
